Why can’t I use game controls on now.gg?
When you launch a game on now.gg and click on the “gamepad icon”, you will see a list of all the game controls, as shown below.
If your key controls are not working as expected and you are unable to view the gamepad icon, as shown below, it may be because game controls are not supported on your device.
We recommend switching to another device for a better experience, if you are playing on now.gg using a:
- Chromebook
- Linux system
- A dual-core device running on operating systems such as Windows 7, 8, 10, Vista, etc.
NOTE: Games such as Minecraft do not have the gamepad icon available for it but can be played using the native controls provided by game developer.
What should I do?
